Do you take insurance?

In order to provide you with the highest quality of care, Dr Bierrenbach accepts Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina commercial insurance and MedCost. For these insurance carriers we will courtesy file your claim, however you will be responsible for your copay and remaining balances not covered. If you have insurance coverage for out-of-network providers you will be responsible for your visit charges. However, you should be able to be reimbursed by your insurer. For more information, please contact your insurer for specific details about your coverage and how to obtain reimbursement.

Do I need to arrive early before my scheduled appointment time?

Please arrive at the office at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete paperwork. Please bring your photo ID and insurance cards to your appointment. The new patient paperwork can be found under patient forms if you would like to complete it prior to your appointment. You may email completed paperwork to rbierrenbachmd@att.net, or print and bring with you to your appt.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday:              8:00am-12:00pm

Tuesday:               8:00am-4:30pm

Wednesday:        8:00am-4:30pm

Thursday:             8:00 am – 4:30pm
Friday:                 Closed
Saturday:            Closed
Sunday:               Closed

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. In order to avoid a charge for a late cancellation, please give our office notice of at least one business day (by Friday for Monday appointments). For no call/ no show appointments you will be charged a $75 no show fee, or $150 for new patient appointments.
